1 Sometimes, someone calls you at an inconvenient time. You may be in a meeting, for example. You can ask them to call back: Can you call back in an hour? / Can you call back in an hour? ; I'm in a meeting right now. / I'm in a meeting right now.

2 It is usual to apologise for making an inconvenient call before making alternative arrangements: Oh, I'm sorry. / Oh, I'm sorry. / I'll call back around 12. / I'll call back around 12.
